Steps

  1. Open free Claude at claude.ai (ChatGPT at chatgpt.com works too).
  2. Copy the prompt and paste your notes where it says [paste...]. Leave out customer phone numbers and addresses.
  3. Read the list and make the easy calls first.

A prompt is just the message you type to the AI. Fill in the [brackets].

Here are my notes for today: [paste your to-do list, texts you need to answer, and jobs on the calendar]. Give me a list of decisions I can make right now to move things forward. For each one, give me 2 options and your pick. Plain words, under 150 words.
