  3. Each morning, read the short summary. Nothing gets sent unless you approve it.

Every weekday at 6:30 AM, read my new emails and today's calendar. Send me a short summary: the 3 things that need me today, any customer waiting on a reply, and today's appointments. Don't reply to anyone without asking me first.
